Retain Bridge provides text-messaging services on behalf of local home-service businesses ("Clients"). When you contact a Client, we may send you messages on that Client's behalf.
To respond to your inquiries, send the service messages you requested or agreed to (missed-call replies, estimate follow-ups, appointment and review requests), operate and improve our services, and comply with law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services (such as our messaging carrier provider) only as necessary to deliver messages.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the Client you contacted, service providers acting for us under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts. You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing [email protected].
Our services are not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
